This Privacy Policy explains how StartUp Media Ltd ("Quizr", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you use Quizr.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed through the Service, including account data, billing-related data, usage analytics (where enabled), and support communications.

For account, billing and Quizr service data, StartUp Media Ltd acts as the data controller. When a Quizr customer creates a quiz and collects responses, that customer normally decides why and how respondent data is used and acts as the controller; Quizr processes that data on the customer's behalf. Respondents should also read the privacy notice provided by the organisation that published the quiz.

  • Billing-related information (handled via payment providers)
  • Form/quiz content and responses submitted through your use of the Service
